Job Title: Group Leader - Before and After School Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at AlphaBEST Education, Inc. as a Part-time Group Leader for our Before and After School Program.

Job Summary:

The Group Leader will be responsible for leading a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with peers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a group of students through fun and engaging activities, including fitness, arts, and technology
  • Work collaboratively with peers to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity in students
  • Provide a caring and family-oriented environment for students and their families
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
  • Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
