We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to provide home health services to children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs in the Joplin area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment and individual plan of care.
  • Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting.
  • Provide ongoing instruction and supervision of client, family, or other care team personnel in the plan of treatment.

Requirements:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
