Job Title: Commercial Credit Analyst

GPAC is seeking a skilled Commercial Credit Analyst to support our lenders in underwriting requests for credit extensions to new and existing commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data and prepare written reports evaluating the short and long-term prospects of individual or company borrowers.
  • Make recommendations to Loan Officers on granting or denying loans and prepare sufficient information to document recommendations.
  • Identify and interpret trends in financial data, including key financial ratios.
  • Provide thorough documentation of all financial analysis via spreadsheets and written credit offering memorandums.
  • Suggest a loan grade after conducting a thorough credit analysis and documentation review.
  • Coordinate specific work tasks within the department to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information.
  • Perform annual review of loan relationships.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a bank as a Credit Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
