We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at the Army National Guard. As a Light Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles in the field and in the shop.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, service, maintain, repair, test, adjust, and replace systems and components
- Perform recovery operations and service electrical systems, including wiring harness and charging systems
- Maintain wheeled vehicles, associated trailers, and material handling equipment systems
- Interest in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems
- Interest in automotive engines and how they work
- Ability to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
