Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Long Island Select Healthcare Inc. (LISH) is a comprehensive network of community health centers under a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) model. We provide Article 16 and 28 clinic services at 3 locations across Suffolk County, New York.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the intellectually and developmentally disabled population, as well as experience administering ADOS and ADI-R assessments. New graduates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health intake evaluations
  • Complete psychological evaluations and other clinical assessments
  • Provide individual, couple, and group counseling
  • Provide crisis counseling and evidence-based treatments
  • Consult with patient collaterals and provide referrals and case management services
Qualifications
  • Graduated from a regionally accredited school
  • Licensed and registered to practice in NY by the NYS Department of Education
  • Basic Life Support Certification required
  • Ability to travel to other sites for coverage as needed
  • Bilingual a plus
