Medical Staff Services Director

At Saint Francis Hospital Memphis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Medical Staff Services to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and directing the operation of the Medical Staff Office.
Key responsibilities include coordinating medical staff activities, acting as a liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, and administration, and ensuring the maintenance of hospital accreditation and licensure as related to medical staff.
The Director will also be responsible for directing medical staff credentialing, leading education, and directing medical staff officers and committee chairs to ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of progressive management experience in medical staff.
Certification as a CPMSM is also required.
