Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Analyst to join our team at ICF International, Inc. in New Jersey. As a Senior Energy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey, working closely with a cross-functional team of program implementation, IT, and reporting personnel and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple programs and projects across the northeast with all levels of staff.
  • Work with program subcontractors to provide guidance and continuous improvement to achieve maximum program achievements.
  • Monitor program projects for compliance with developed QAQC program protocols and processes.
  • Implement corrective action required to address customer project deficiencies and work through resolutions with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Environmental Studies, Energy or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education).
  • ~5+ years of relevant experience of energy efficiency, utility, data analysis and/or related experience.
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel.
  • Experience with SharePoint Lists, PowerBI, or Power Automate.
  • Advanced Excel skills such as Macros, Pivot Tables, Solver, VBA, etc.
