Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance to guests, including escorting them to and from treatments
  • Maintain the daily operating cleanliness and tidiness of the locker room, fitness, indoor pool areas, and back of the house areas
  • Replenish towel supplies in designated areas
  • Communicate directly with guests and report to the Spa Supervisor

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
