Job Summary

The Spa Attendant at Mandarin Oriental, Boston provides exceptional customer service to guests arriving for spa treatments, private training sessions, or use of the heat and water experiences. The Spa Attendant maintains the daily operating cleanliness and tidiness of locker room, fitness, indoor pool areas, and back of the house areas, ensuring towel supplies are constantly replenished.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal assistance to guests arriving for spa treatments, private training sessions, or use of the heat and water experiences
- Offer tours of the spa facility and escort guests to and from treatments
- Maintain the daily operating cleanliness and tidiness of locker room, fitness, indoor pool areas, and back of the house areas
- Ensure towel supplies are constantly replenished

Working Relationships

The Spa Attendant reports directly to the Spa Supervisor and directly communicates with and services guests.
