About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team at Senior Care Therapy, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide individual and group sessions to patients with various mental health concerns.
  • Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using our electronic medical/health system.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and maintain licensure requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Experience working with geriatric populations and treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
