Job Overview

Haskins Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Collision Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our collision center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Review and verify customer information, including payment policies and insurance details.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments, verify part arrivals, and notify them of vehicle completion.
  • Process payments, manage receivables, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to resolve any issues related to receivables.
  • Notify customers of vehicle completion, review payment information, and provide hours of operation.
