Job Overview

Abundant Solutions is currently looking for skilled MIG and Fluxcore Welders to join our team.

This position requires proficiency in welding techniques and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: $22-$26 per hour based on experience, with additional bonuses available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail planning of welding procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
  • Safely operate advanced welding machinery.
  • Set up and troubleshoot welding equipment to optimize production and quality.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must obtain welding certification in accordance with AWS/ANSI standards.
  • Ability to pass a 3G MIG/Fluxcore welding test is essential.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Understanding of electrical concepts such as volts and amps.
  • Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic data entry skills for maintenance-related tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to detect defects and follow quality policies.
  • Experience in handling small components.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills.
  • Consistent production performance at or above expected standards.
  • Effective communication skills across departments.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in material handling or equivalent knowledge.
  • Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
  • Basic safety training is required.
