Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our North American tax team. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for the preparation of corporate federal income, state income, and franchise tax compliance, as well as preparation of quarterly tax provisions and assistance with tax audits.
- Prepare federal proforma income tax returns for multiple legal entities.
- Prepare and file state income tax returns, including quarterly estimated payments, annual extensions, and state apportionment calculations.
- Prepare quarterly tax provision workpapers and corresponding tax journal entries.
- Assist with the preparation of tax cash out forecasts.
- Support the federal and state tax managers with income tax audits.
- Analyze the impact of new or proposed tax legislation to provide awareness of tax planning opportunities or the existence of tax exposures.
- Stay current with changes in income tax legislation by participating in continuing education and evaluate the impact to the Company and implement any necessary changes for compliance.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a U.S. base salary range of $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives. We also provide 16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations, as well as a training platform for all employees, free language courses, and free well-being sessions.
