Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Maintenance/Engineering Department at Teva, a world leader in the field of equivalent medicines. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in defining user requirements and translating them into project documents, aligning offers from a technical perspective, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define user requirements and translate them into project documents, including P&ID, Lay-out, Data Sheet, and Mechanical and electro-instrumental Work requisitions.
  • Align offers from a technical perspective and arrange them financially to enable the Purchasing department to proceed with commercial negotiations.
  • Define and control the GANTT of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met in line with quality requirements.
  • Guarantee full compliance with Safety and Quality standards in collaboration with the HSE and QA departments.
  • Maintain continuous communication flow and proper update towards all site functions involved in projects by organizing regular alignment and meetings.
  • Deal with suppliers to coordinate both design and field activities.
  • Coordinate the start-up and qualification activities of new systems and equipment.
  • Quality Management System knowledge (GMP, GDP, Data Integrity) and application in all activities performed.
  • Knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety principles and applicable main EHS local regulations.
  • Full compliance with TEVA Ethic Code and Values.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Degree – preferably
  • Fluent English and
  • Italian Skills:
    • Objectives focused with excellent planning and organizational ability.
    • Good communication skills with attitude to work cross-functionally in a complex and variable environment.
    • Day-by-day high focus together with mid-long term view.
    • Ability to be customer-focused, self-driven.
    • Good attitude to planning and prioritization in alignment with business and customer needs.
  • 3 years' experience as PE preferably within relevant industrial production environment.
  • Project Management involvement in the production and utilities systems.
  • Preferred project delivery experience with budget management including capital projects.
