Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse with dialysis experience to join our team. As a Nurse with DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Deliver care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
