NavitsPartners seeks a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality patient care to individuals with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of strong Chronic Dialysis experience and be willing to obtain necessary certifications if not already active.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient observations, monitor vital signs, and manage dialysis machine setup.
- Provide direct care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis.
- Lead a team of patient care technicians, ensuring that treatment plans are followed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while keeping accurate documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a high quality of life.
Requirements:
- Active nursing license for Georgia at the time of submission.
- Experience with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) equipment and Electronic Medical Records EMR.
- Charge RN experience in a dialysis setting.
