Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as bakery and deli, to ensure seamless execution of sales floor operations
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of work experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team in a retail or sales environment
  • Knowledge of sales floor operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
