Caliber Collision Centers is currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Appearance Specialist to meticulously prepare all vehicles for final delivery to customers. This role involves supporting the repair center by transporting customers and vehicles to designated areas while ensuring that all service tools and equipment in the detailing department are well-maintained. Vehicle Appearance Specialists are expected to adhere to both Caliber and OEM standards.

COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION:
  • $16-$18 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to engage in consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Comprehension of written and verbal instructions
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and adapting to a dynamic work environment
