Position Details:

The Installer/Technician will be responsible for traveling across our service area to install and service our range of products. Compensation will be determined based on experience, with hourly rates ranging from $20 to $35. Our benefits package includes paid holidays and vacation time. Comprehensive training will be provided at our corporate office, alongside on-the-job training and additional manufacturing training as necessary. A company vehicle will be available during work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and repair Stair Lifts, Vertical Platform Lifts, and wheelchair ramps.
  • Service Provision: Provide maintenance and repair services for Stair Lifts, Patient Lifts, and other mobility and accessibility equipment.
  • Customer Interaction: Travel to client locations for installations and repairs, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally.
  • Daily Operations: Complete all daily tasks using a smartphone application and adhere to company protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in installing and repairing Stair Lifts and Vertical Platform Lifts is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Mechanical aptitude with 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Competence in securely loading equipment.
  • Possession of a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in computer use is essential.
  • Basic mechanical skills, particularly in troubleshooting equipment, are required.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong internet and data entry skills are beneficial.
