Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Evergreen Assistant Community Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality resident records, collecting and posting rents, and performing leasing duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records to ensure seamless property operations
  • Collect and process rent payments, prepare lease renewals, and send notifications to residents
  • Assist with leasing duties, including showing properties and responding to resident inquiries
  • Stay informed about local market trends and conditions to provide valuable insights to the community management team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular property walks to identify maintenance concerns and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Proficiency in industry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • A college degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in business administration or a related field
  • A passion for delivering exceptional results, with a focus on attention to detail and time management
