Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

The on-demand caregiver role involves responding to urgent requests from both new and existing clients, as well as providing coverage for unexpected absences. This position requires a skilled Nurse's Aide who can adapt to various situations, demonstrating both technical abilities and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working in homes with pets, including cats and dogs.
  • Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts is essential.
  • Geographical flexibility is required to cover shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours at various client locations.
  • Ability to travel up to 40 miles to clients' residences.
  • Willingness to accept day or night shifts as needed.
  • Must be adaptable to last-minute scheduling changes.
  • Open to working with both male and female clients.
  • Quick response times are necessary when contacted by the office, via text or phone.
  • Ability to leave within 30 minutes of being notified for a shift.
  • Willingness to drive or use rideshare services during inclement weather.
  • Availability to work on holidays that fall within your schedule.
  • A strong desire for ample hours and overtime opportunities.
  • Reliable transportation is required, along with the willingness to drive clients as needed.
  • Must be an excellent team player, capable of thriving in a fast-paced home care environment.
  • Dependability and the ability to work with minimal supervision are crucial.
  • Compliance with all company policies and the Ohio Department of Aging Code of Ethics is mandatory.
