Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and credit card services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
