### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ECT Nurse to join our team at Sheppard Pratt. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and be able to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality patient care in an ECT setting, working closely with the medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health, identifying potential care problems and developing effective solutions.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest ECT techniques and best practices.

### Requirements

* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
* Two years of college education in nursing and one to two years' inpatient psychiatric nursing experience.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
