We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor to join our team at Bank of America. As an Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading complex audit activities and ensuring the sound application of risk-based auditing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute audit tests to assess business impact and recommend severity ratings
  • Evaluate the control environment and foster an inclusive work environment
  • Apply product, business, and technical expertise to effectively challenge management
  • Support team members with development and provide input on draft audit reports
  • Establish business partner relationships and develop business knowledge
  • Use innovative tools to complete audit activities more efficiently

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' experience in audit or a compliance/business controls/risk management role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Ability to work in a detailed manner and look broadly across a population
  • Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly change direction
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Bank of America Consumer business processes and front-end application systems
  • Audit or risk control risk/controls background in financial services

Work Environment

This is a 1st shift position (United States of America) with 40 hours per week.
