  • Work collaboratively with the service team to troubleshoot guest concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Complete thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
  • Assist with housekeeping functions as directed by management.
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding the extent of any damage or malfunctions on their vehicles.
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
