- Staff Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new nursing staff in collaboration with clinical educators.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct timely assessments of staff performance, setting achievable goals for professional development.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of three years' experience in rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) is advantageous.
