Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to patients and residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and manage wound care and other treatment protocols.
- Conduct physical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Qualifications:
For RNs:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher is required.
- Active RN licensure in the state of Florida (or NLC) is mandatory.
- CPR Certification is essential.
For LPNs:
- Completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program is required.
- Active LPN licensure in the state of practice is necessary.
- CPR Certification is required.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay rates: LPNs earn between $26.00 and $31.00 per hour, while RNs earn between $31.00 and $37.00 per hour.
