Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for a RN Supervisor to join our team at Betsy Ross Nursing and Rehab Center
Job SummaryThe RN Supervisor will be responsible for the operation of the nursing department and facility, as well as organizing and maintaining staffing guidelines to meet resident needs. This role requires strong administrative and clinical expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and oversee unit activities and staff assignments
- Monitor and respond to patient needs in a timely and appropriate manner
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and other vendors/services
- Perform RN assessments and lead emergency situations
- Current and good standing RN License in State of New York
- Experience with geriatric/short-term rehab/Alzheimer's patients is desirable
- Progressive nursing experience and supervisory experience preferred
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, quality, compassionate care to each resident
