Job Summary

As a Front Desk Associate at Immediate Care Walk In Management LLC, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, updating insurance information, verifying benefits, and explaining payment policies. You will also be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and returning voicemails. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and balancing the cash drawer. Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide general assistance
• Register patients and obtain demographic and financial information
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain payment policies
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and past due balances
• Communicate with primary care providers and insurance carriers
• Answer phones, take messages, and return voicemails
• Maintain accurate records and balance the cash drawer

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Medical billing/medical receptionist experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
