Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. The successful candidate will provide education and consultation to individuals on health, diet, and nutrition.

Responsibilities:
Provide individualized training and education to individuals on nutrition and health.
Develop and conduct group training sessions on health and wellness topics.
Collaborate with individuals to develop personalized meal plans and provide nutrition counseling.
Support individuals with serious medical conditions, such as diabetes and obesity, in developing healthy lifestyle plans.
Work with individuals suffering from eating disorders to access nutrients and develop a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
At least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Location:
Community-based services provided in the Metro North region with the office in Malden, MA. Mileage reimbursed for community visits.
