Job Summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Inpatient is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing expert care to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes and return to community activities.
  • Coordinate treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources to ensure seamless care.
  • Develop and implement goals for patient treatment to promote effective return to community activities.
  • Provide expert care and education to patients, families, students, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience.
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment.
