About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, including speech and language therapy, to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric speech language pathology, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
