Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
  • A stable employment history is advantageous.
  • Prior experience or certification in forklift operation is a plus.
  • Able to manage a loaded pallet jack or hand truck weighing at least 70 lbs.
  • Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, twisting, turning, etc.
  • Willingness to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends, while maintaining reliability.
  • Capable of lifting approximately 70 lbs., or more if required by job specifications.
  • Compliance with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Skilled at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Responsive to inquiries; proficient in reading, understanding, and adhering to written instructions and documents such as safety regulations, operational manuals, and maintenance guidelines with a high level of comprehension and focus to meet deadlines.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and a criminal history background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Demands:
