Client Success Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Relations Manager to join our team at Service Hero Marketing. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building strong client relationships, leading small teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Lead a small team to help achieve business growth with clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful marketing campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client partnerships.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Track and report key account metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Management experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
