Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Denny's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, achieving controllable profit plans, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and corporate staff to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales growth, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
