Position Overview:
In today's information-rich environment, the role of an intelligence analyst is crucial for discerning and interpreting data to provide clients with informed insights. As an Open-Source Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise and meticulous attention to detail to create intelligence products that deliver actionable insights and context to our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience in open-source intelligence analysis to support various intelligence operations.
- Explore new data sources with a focus on open-source materials, validating information and applying client methodologies to develop comprehensive assessments.
- Conduct thorough all-source analytic production, utilizing publicly available information from diverse sources while adhering to established security protocols.
- Analyze both foreign and domestic publicly available data to identify significant trends and patterns that address defense intelligence needs.
- Generate written intelligence reports in line with established IC Tradecraft Standards, employing a variety of open-source tools and resources.
- Provide briefings and analysis to senior defense leaders, supporting priority intelligence and operational requirements.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in open-source intelligence analysis and familiarity with intelligence systems.
- Proven ability to identify, plan, and execute analytic production methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in threat network analysis and knowledge of both state and non-state threat groups.
- Strong understanding of intelligence support related to military operations and exercises.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead studies and surveys to collect and analyze data.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to defense planners and policymakers.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
