Warning Analyst Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Warning Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Warning Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing written intelligence products to provide actionable intelligence and context to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality written intelligence products, including assessments and briefings, to support client needs
  • Utilize expertise in strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft to create effective and informative products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to explore new data sources and develop effective queries to support intelligence analysis
  • Apply client tradecraft and validate information to build assessments for U.S. IC-wide products
  • Provide time-critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training
  • Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft
  • Knowledge of U.S. IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with intelligence support, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
