Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our QA team in Charlotte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our in-house warehouse design and simulation tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional and automated testing of our in-house warehouse design and simulation tool.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases to ensure thorough verification and validation of our software stack.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration of testing and development processes.
  • Guide the QA team to validate complex, distributed, multi-threaded, multiprocessor systems end-to-end.
  • Travel up to 10% to customer sites to provide engineering support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Test Framework design practices and experience with Selenium.
  • Ability to evaluate and develop code to assist in test execution and automating tests.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing web-based applications, databases, and APIs.
  • Experience with developing test plans and strategies for functional and automation tests.
