Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in a school district in the United States. As a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents for effective student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous school experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
