As a Speech Therapist, you will assess patients, diagnose disorders that can impact swallowing and speaking, and provide treatment for patients. You will also counsel individuals and their families on ways to improve and support their personalized treatment plans. Additionally, you will update patient records according to the department's processes.

Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Advanced degree from an accredited program
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
