About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Technician II to join our team at Phantom Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within established procedures to ensure accurate completion of unit recertification.
  • Compile and document investigation, repair, and test results in a paperless device history record, ensuring compliance with QSR/ISO requirements.
  • Troubleshoot products to the board level or mechanical failure to determine root cause and ensure all work is completed in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform mechanical and software upgrades to products.
  • Discuss technical problems with Senior Technicians, Group Leaders, or Supervisors.
  • Train and assist less senior technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Computer literacy, familiarity with Oracle, Camstar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and understand diagnostic data.
  • Ability to read and understand SOPs, work instructions, and technical schematics.
  • Ability to set up and use test equipment, including patient simulators, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other input/output electronic test equipment.
Education and Experience:

A technical degree or equivalent, with 3-5+ years of experience in a related field.
