Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and eliminating waste and inefficiencies within our production processes. Your expertise will be crucial in designing effective systems that integrate personnel, information, machinery, energy, and materials to enhance product creation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and audits of operational processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and serve as a liaison for management, facilitating problem resolution related to projects.
  • Analyze production data to comprehend manufacturing methods and service activities, including production schedules and engineering specifications.
  • Develop systems and production plans to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and management to establish production and design standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to design control systems to mitigate production challenges and manage project costs.
  • Review and interpret production data to enhance manufacturing and service operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, such as ProE or AutoCAD.
