PRIMARY DUTIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Engage in routine client management, market expansion, and technical tasks for the Sales division, necessitating sound judgment and decision-making.

SUPPLEMENTARY DUTIES:

Generate proposals for prospective projects, which includes assessing risks, estimating expenses, and identifying subcontracting needs.

Oversee, counsel, and serve as the principal liaison for the Company with designated clients and sales regions. Regularly check client websites and platforms for relevant information impacting the Company.

Inform Company leadership about client patterns and emerging product possibilities. Represent the customer's perspective within the Company.

Execute all assigned tasks and responsibilities while upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring Company confidentiality in all activities.

Adhere to O'Fallon Casting's code of conduct, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

A degree in an engineering discipline with 0-1 year of relevant experience, or 1-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is required.

Willingness to travel as needed is expected.

Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, are necessary.
