Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Provider and Employee Engagement
  • Enhance Clinical Quality

  • Maximize Financial Performance
  • Represent Optum in the local community
Competency Requirements:
  • Human Capital Management: Develop and manage the workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs
  • Work Management: Hold self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results
  • Financial Management: Develop and monitor annual operational and capital budgets for the area of responsibility
