About the Role:

Kohler Ventures is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote Kohler Ventures' voice across platforms.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, in partnership with our Content Editor.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, wellness trends, social media trends, tools, and applications.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other initiatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of influencers in key areas and industries and develop a shortlist of potential influencers to amplify our reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the wellness and tech industry.
  • Excellent written communication skills, strong fluency in English, excellent diction, refined, and polished writing.
  • Proven ability to stay focused on the customer and maintain the reputation of the brand at all times.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices with a keen interest in staying up-to-date.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software.
