About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our vehicle sustainment team at ManTech International Corporation. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic systems, diagnose and align failed and damaged systems.
  • Logistics Support: Prepare work schedules to ensure efficient operations, maintain knowledge of processes and equipment, and troubleshoot issues that arise.
  • Leadership and Training: Provide formal, over-the-shoulder, and on-the-spot training to contractor and unit personnel, and ensure that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Communication and Documentation: Prepare and complete paperwork correctly, and communicate effectively in verbal and written disciplines, including basic computer skills and document preparation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: 6+ years of qualified maintenance experience, proven maintenance, repair, and technical experience in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance, or military operations and maintenance.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Clearance: Must have an active (DoD) Secret clearance.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel, and work in high noise areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Simultaneous maintenance, modification, and repair projects on a variety of maintenance actions, tasks, or repairs.
