Job Overview

About the Role

This Inside Sales position involves assisting outside sales representatives in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will help coordinate service jobs with outside sales representatives, customers, and service technicians to guarantee timely completion of all service orders.

Responsibilities
  • Process parts and service orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of part systems for all represented manufacturers.
  • Calculate pricing and discounts according to company standards.
  • Foster professional phone manner and employ effective selling techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on computer systems used by the parts department.
  • Act as a facilitator for service technicians to source necessary parts.
  • Maintain awareness of order statuses and communicate updates to customers.
  • Resolve issues within the department and follow company policies.
