Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients and the operating room under the supervision of an RN.
  • Assemble, set up, and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during procedures.
  • Pass instruments to surgeons and their assistants as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, making directed and independent decisions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration is required prior to start date.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
