ER Nurse Job Description

We are actively hiring and accepting applications for the position of ER Nurse in the Cleveland, OH area. This role is ideal for nurses with experience in various areas such as psychiatric care, fast track, transport, trauma, and more.

Qualifications
  • ADN or higher degree in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • At least one year of experience in an emergency room setting
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide urgent medical care to patients
  • Treat patients with trauma, injuries, or severe medical conditions
  • Assess patients' needs quickly and prioritize care
  • Monitor patient health, administer medications, and operate medical equipment
  • Participate in code blue situations and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition and care plan

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 to $98,160 per year, based on location and experience.
