Nursing Department Supervisor

In this critical role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our staff are equipped to provide it. As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will be responsible for managing fluctuations in patient census, utilizing productivity targets, staffing grids, and other resources to optimize patient flow.
You will work closely with nursing divisions, surgical areas, and ED to plan for admissions and discharges, and collaborate with physicians to ensure timely and effective care. With your expertise in Relationship-Based Care and UH Essential Behaviors, you will model exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, ADN, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including ACLS and BLS certification. Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
